Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 3/4 c. flour
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and egg; set aside.
In separate bowl, mix baking soda and buttermilk thoroughly.
To this mixture, add flour, bananas, pecans and vanilla.
Blend in the creamed butter, sugar and egg mixture.
Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
