Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scallops
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and add spices to crackers.
    In 4 individual bowls, place 1/2 pound scallops per bowl, topped with cracker stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 people.
