Heavenly Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2/3 c. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water and corn syrup together until it forms a hard ball when dropped in cup of water.
    Beat egg whites and salt at high speed 3 minutes.
    Pour syrup mixture slowly into beaten egg whites while beating at high speed.
    Continue beating until mixture forms a peak when beater is raised.
    Pour on buttered platter or drop on waxed paper.
