French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    9 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into baked 10-inch pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
