Italian Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fettuccine, cooked
    2 egg yolks
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 carton sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    While noodles are cooking, beat egg yolks lightly with fork, then add the milk, sour cream, melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Cook on low heat, then add noodles.
    Add additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
