Ethel'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
7 c. liquid (use juice from pineapple and add water)
3 c. diced celery
2 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. grapes, halved
1 c. chopped pimiento
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil the 7 cups liquid.
Pour over Jell-O.
Add vinegar and salt.
Let stand until partially cool and set.
Then add fruits and vegetables.
Mold and chill.
Serves 40 people.
