Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
4 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
4 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients and spread in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Mix the next 3 ingredients and spread on cooled crust.
Combine pudding and milk and spread on top.
Top with 4 ounces Cool Whip.
