Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks
    salt (pinch)
    2 grated lemon rinds
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch and 3/4 cup sugar.
    Add wate slowly, stirring constantly.
    Cook over hot water in double boiler, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
    Add slightly beaten egg yolks, butter, lemon rind and juice and pinch of salt.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue made with egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
