Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. flour
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 can kidney or red beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Add to beef the garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, chili powder, cumin and flour.
    Add tomato sauce and tomatoes;
    cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add beans and simmer 10 minutes more.
