Vegetable Souffle(Grontsagsfromage, Danish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk (scalding hot)
    1 c. chicken broth (hot)
    2 Tbsp. grated Swiss or Parmesan cheese
    5 egg yolks
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    6 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. cooked, chopped vegetables (spinach, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, cut green beans, mushrooms, peas or lima beans are good)
Preparation
    We sometimes use frozen mixed vegetables.
