Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are browned.
    Remove from sheets at once.
    Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
