Baked Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe bananas, sliced lengthwise
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice
    1/4 c. light rum
    1 (8 oz.) apricot preserves
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place bananas in 9-inch square baking dish.
    Heat orange juice, rum and preserves until full boil and preserves are melted.
    Pour over bananas.
    Sprinkle with coconut. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through.
    Serve over ice cream or pound cake.
