Willow'S Magic Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple (in juice)
1 pkg. Jell-O (lime or orange flavor) gelatin

Preparation

Remove top from can of pineapple. Drain juice into small saucepan, leaving pineapple in can.
Heat juice until simmering. Dissolve Jell-O over pineapple slices in can.
Chill until set, about 4 hours.
