Pineapple Filling For Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks and margarine in saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add pineapple that has been drained.
Cool and spread.
