Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
20 crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and baking powder.
Beat 2 minutes until glossy. Fold in crushed Ritz crackers, pecans and vanilla.
Pour into greased aluminum pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
