Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    3 1/2 c. flour
    raspberry preserves
Preparation
    Cream together Crisco, margarine, white sugar and brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients except the preserves; mix.
    Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
    Put preserves on top and cover filling with more batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
