Mexican Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    flour tortillas
    1 pt. sour cram
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown (saute) ground beef; add onion and garlic.
    Drain off all grease.
    Add taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, Ro-Tel, tomato sauce and soup.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
    Layer:
    Meat sauce, flour tortillas, sour cream, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat layers twice.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until hot and cheese melts.
