Whipped Cream Layer Cake(Blotkake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    vanilla pudding
    prepared whipped topping
    jam, sliced strawberries, peaches, banana or pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and butter.
    In another bowl, beat eggs; add sugar.
    Combine flour and egg mixtures and beat well. Knead; divide into 9 portions.
    Roll each portion into a plate sized piece.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 3 cakes.
