Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, minced
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    paprika
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot butter, cook onion until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended.
    Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    In a 2-quart casserole, arrange half of the potatoes in a layer.
    Pour 1/2 of the sauce on top; repeat.
    Sprinkle paprika.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer, until tender.
