Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 lb. flour
    1 lb. sugar
    1 lb. raisins
    1 c. whiskey
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    2 lb. pecans
    1/2 lb. butter
Preparation
    Mix as any fruit cake.
    Pour into 10-inch tube pan that is lined with brown paper and greased.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
    Place pan of water on top rack of oven over cake.
