Candied Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. thick sliced bacon
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Mix brown sugar and dry mustard.
Place bacon on wire rack on cookie sheet.
Coat with sugar mixture.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until brown and crisp.
Drain and cool.
