Oyster Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oysters
    1 small onion, minced
    1 pkg. saltines, crushed
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    liquid from oysters
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. dill seed
    frozen butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Butter casserole generously.
    Layer cracker crumbs on bottom. Alternate onion, oysters, crackers and butter.
    Beat egg, milk and liquid from oysters.
    Add lemon pepper and dill seed.
    Pour over pie.
    If needed, add milk to fill to top.
    Grate frozen butter over top.
    Dust with paprika.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until set.
