Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichokes, cut in half
3 boxes frozen spinach, chopped with water squeezed out
8 oz. cream cheese, mixed with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 6 Tbsp. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place artichokes in bottom of casserole pan.
Place spinach over artichokes.
Spread cream cheese mixture over all.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of cheese and bake approximately 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
