Sparkling Harvest Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. apple cider
    1 c. lemon juice from concentrate
    1/2 c. sugar
    32 oz. bottle ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
    In a punch bowl, combine cider, lemon juice and sugar.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Chill; just before serving, add ginger ale.
    Garnish as desired.
    Serve over ice.
    Makes about 3 quarts.
