Giblet Gravy(Turkey Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fat drained from stock
    3 c. stock
    2 eggs, boiled and chopped
    chipped giblets, removed from stock
    3 tsp. flour
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Return fat to pan over low heat.
    Blend in 3 teaspoons flour, stirring with spoon until brown.
    Pour in stock, giblets and eggs. Stir until boiling.
    Add evaporated milk.
    Simmer until thick and smooth.
