Noodles Florentine - cooking recipe

6 oz. cooked noodles
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
2 c. diced ham or canned luncheon meat
1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter, blend in flour, salt add milk, stirring constantly until thickened or instead of making white sauce, use either Knorr White Sauce Mix or McCormick White Sauce Mix. Add cheese to white sauce.
Place half drained noodles in greased 2 quart baking dish, layer ham, spinach, mushrooms and half the sauce.
Add remaining noodles and sauce.
Top with buttered breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly in 350\u00b0 oven.
