Thunder Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    German chocolate cake mix (can use devil's food cake)
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 (18 oz.) jar caramel topping (in the ice cream section)
    Cool Whip frozen topping
    broken up Heath bar or other toffee flavored candy bar
Preparation
    Cook cake mix according to box directions. Let cool. Poke holes in top of cake and pour Eagle Brand milk all over the cake. Let that soak in a few minutes. Do the same with the caramel topping. Let set for several hours. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with broken Heath bar pieces on top just before serving.
