Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef or lamb
    1 large onion, diced
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    1 large can tomatoes or water (to cover)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out the centers, leaving a thick wall as a shell.
    Cook meat in a large skillet until brown. Add onion, pine nuts, spices and butter. Stir and cook for 10 minutes. Stuff potatoes with mixture and arrange, skin side down, in a buttered baking pan. Cover either with canned tomatoes or water.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
