Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked slightly
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Harvest wheat crackers or Harvest 5 grain crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Drain cooked vegetables and place in casserole.
Mix together cheese, onion and mayonnaise; pour over vegetables.
Crumble crackers and pour melted margarine over them.
Put mixture over cheese mixture in casserole dish.
Bake until crackers are golden brown at 350\u00b0 about 30 or 40 minutes.
