Pasta With Shrimp And Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shrimp (can be combined with scallops)
    1 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    10 oz. linguine
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. snipped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. red pepper (optional)
    zucchini slices (optional)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook onion in 2 tablespoons butter and olive oil until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in wine, bouillon granules, basil, salt, pepper and red pepper (optional).
    Bring to a boil gently, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes, until liquid is reduced by half.
