Jaeger Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork cutlet
    3 eggs
    bread crumbs (Italian-flavored)
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 c. your favorite brown gravy
Preparation
    Take pork
    cutlet,
    slice
    as thin as possible and beat with meat
    hammer.
    Dip into beaten eggs and bread crumbs; fry over medium
    heat
    until
    golden brown.
    After all cutlets are cooked, add
    1
    small
    can
    mushrooms to 2 cups gravy and pour over meat and serve.
