Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    6 to 8 slices thick bacon
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. cream or milk
    3 eggs
    pinch of pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown bacon and sprinkle in bottom of pie shell.
    Add cheese. Mix eggs, cream and seasonings.
    Pour over all.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until brown and puffy.
