Beef Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. tenderloin or lean tender sirloin
    1 pt. vegetable oil or peanut oil
    Ketchup With Horseradish Sauce
    Bearnaise Sauce
    Garlic Sauce
    Horseradish Sauce
    Aurora Sauce
Preparation
    Cut beef into 2-inch cubes and salt and pepper.
    Have sauces prepared.
    Pour oil into metal fondue pot and heat it on the stove.
    Place the pot on the chafing dish burner and begin.
