Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, diced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 Tbsp. chives
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Simmer squash in water for 6 minutes.
    Drain squash.
    Mix sour cream, butter, salt and paprika.
    Gradually stir in cheese on low heat as it melts.
    Add egg and chives.
    Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
