Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 lb. sirloin tip roast, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    firm ripe tomatoes, quartered
    onions, quartered
    green peppers, quartered
    canned small whole potatoes
    whole mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar, chopped onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over cubed meat.
    Stir to coat all pieces; marinate and refrigerate overnight, or leave at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours.
    Alternate beef cubes and vegetables on skewers.
    Cook over charcoal, basting with marinade.
    Serve on rice.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
