Hot Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. croutons, divided
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whole almonds or cashews
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Preparation

In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, mix together tuna, celery, 1 cup croutons, mayonnaise, almonds, onion, lemon juice and salt. Cover.
Microwave on Medium-high 9 to 11 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or until hot.
Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1 cup croutons.
Microwave on Medium-high 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
