Broccoli Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large, firm, ripe tomatoes
1 1/2 c. finely chopped, fresh broccoli
1 c. seasoned cornbread stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. each: finely chopped onion and celery
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
dashes of hot sauce
Preparation

Core each tomato and cut into five wedges, leaving them connected at the base, as for tomato blossoms.
