Cottage Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cottage cheese (plain)
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. mustard (any kind)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion (fresh or rehydrated)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, cottage cheese, egg, oats, catsup, mustard, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Remove and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven. Bake 10 minutes longer. Let sit about 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
    Good cold in sandwiches.
