Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. raw zucchini, peeled and grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix well first 5 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
