Cheese And Bacon Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf thin-sliced bread, trim and cut in quarters
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 small onion, grated
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 pkg. slivered almonds, brown in 1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. mayo
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients (except bread) together.
Place about a teaspoon on each piece of bread.
Freeze on cookie sheet, then transfer to freezer container or bake and enjoy immediately.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 60 to 70.
