Popcorn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 heaping c. popped popcorn
    1 (12 oz.) can cocktail peanuts (not salted)
    1 (1 lb.) bag M&M's (plain)
    1 large bag miniature marshmallows
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix the popcorn, nuts and M&M's in extra large mixing bowl. Melt slowly the butter, oil and marshmallows; pour over popcorn mixture.
    Mix well with large spoon.
    Pack in well-greased tube pan.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Let set overnight in the refrigerator.
    Dip pan in warm water and loosen with knife.
