Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. pepper sauce
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 c. milk
1 jalapeno pepper
1 garlic bulb
8 oz. cheese

Preparation

Mix together and heat until cheese is melted.
