Country Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. thyme
    3 lb. chicken
    1/2 tsp. celery flakes
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Brown chicken in Crisco (I like to roll chicken in Progresso Italian style bread crumbs).
    Put remaining ingredients (except rice) in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Put rice in bottom of baking pan.
    Pour 1/2 sauce over; add chicken and pour remaining sauce over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (paprika before baking).
