Gazpacho Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cod fish
    1 onion
    2 tomatoes
    2 avocados
    2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Soak cod fish in water for 2 hours.
    Shred cod fish into a bowl.
    Cut tomatoes into cubes along with avocado.
    Dice onions. Mix all together with 2 teaspoons of oil.
    Serve chilled with Italian bread.
