Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1-inch) pork chops
    4 potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 carrots, peeled and cut diagonally
    2 onions, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in heavy casserole with lid.
    Layer 3 chops then half of each vegetables in order of carrots, potatoes, onions and peppers.
    Pour 1/2 of soup; repeat process.
    Put vinegar, salt, pepper and cayenne into soup can to rinse out.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cover and bake slowly at 200\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
