Oreo Cookie Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. Oreo cookies (save 1/2 crumbs for top)
1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 large chocolate pudding, cooked and cooled
2 large or medium tubs Cool Whip

Preparation

Mash cookies; melt butter and combine with cookie crumbs.
Put in bottom of 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan.
Put in refrigerator and let set 1 hour.
(Remember to save 1/2 crumbs for top.) Combine softened cream cheese with one carton Cool Whip.
Beat very well and put over crumbs that were refrigerated.
Let set 1 hour.
Make chocolate pudding and cool and pour over.
Let set 1 hour.
Put on second tub of Cool Whip and sprinkle rest of cookie crumbs. Refrigerate and let set 1 hour.
Outrageous dessert.
