White Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white (shoe-peg) corn OR whole kernel corn
    1 17-oz. pkg. petite frozen peas OR 1-1/2 c. frozen peas, cooked and cooled
    1/3 c. chopped white onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 sm. jar pimiento
    1/3 or a green pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in the order listed.
    This is best if made the day before you plan to serve it.
    The salad is very colorful and can be increased to serve a crowd.
