Florida Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions (medium size)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 large Irish potatoes
    1 qt. hot water
    6 large clams
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice onions.
    Fry in butter.
    Add hot water to potatoes (ground).
    Boil until soft.
    Add clams; season with salt and pepper.
    Cook 15 minutes.
