Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice (not instant)
    7 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together in a large baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until desired thickness, stirring occasionally.
