Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. pitted cherries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Mix the cream cheese and cream.
Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Combine fruits, pecans and sugar.
Stir cream cheese-mayonnaise mixture into fruits.
Fold fruit mixture into whipped cream.
Pour into freezing tray.
Freeze in refrigerator freezing compartment without stirring.
Serve on lettuce, garnished with cherry halves or pecan halves.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
